Privacy policy

Truewire’s pages use self-hosted assets and no third-party browser analytics. If you submit an inquiry or join the Cloud early-access list, the details you provide are stored to handle that request.

What is collected

The site's hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes request metadata such as IP addresses to serve pages and defend against abuse. The inquiry form uses an IP-based rate limit. The application does not store your IP address in the inquiry database or log form contents.

Your colour-scheme choice is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves it.

Inquiry forms and early access

We store your name, email address, request category, and any company name, API URL, project details, or timeline you supply in Cloudflare D1. We also record when you submitted, your contact permission, which site link led to the form, and the request’s follow-up status. These details are used to respond to your inquiry or contact you about Cloud early access, not to subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

The form uses a one-hour, HTTP-only cookie to prevent duplicate submissions and a ten-minute cookie to display confirmation. They are scoped to the inquiry pages and are not advertising or visitor-tracking identifiers.

We count form-page requests by day, category, and originating site link to understand which paths generate inquiries. These aggregate counts do not contain visitor identifiers. A page-request count is not a count of unique people.

Please do not submit API keys, passwords, confidential payloads, or other secrets. Contact us below to correct or remove your inquiry or leave the early-access list. Retention and the complete legal terms remain subject to review before this preview is promoted to production.

If you write to hello@truewire.dev, the operator keeps the correspondence for as long as needed to answer it and to run any engagement that follows.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data the operator holds about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, at the address above. A fuller statement of rights under the GDPR will be added when this policy is finalised.
